A meeting of the Orleans Planning Board was called to order at 8:15 p.m. in the Nauset Meeting Room at the Orleans Town Hall. Present: Chairman: John Fallender; Kenneth McKusick; Sims McGrath; Associates: Gary Guzzeau; John Ostman. Planning Department Staff: George Meservey;
Also Present: Attorney Michael Ford (Town Counsel); Attorney Eliza Cox and Attorney Thomas Aylesworth (Nutter, McClennen & Fish). Absent: Vice-Chairman: Seth Wilkinson; Clerk: Paul O'Connor.
KENNEDY MODIFICATION – DETAILS OF SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION
The Planning Board met to review and discuss the details of the Supplemental Decision requested by Judge Trombly at the Boston Land Court for the denial on November 27, 2007 for the Modification of the Definitive Subdivision proposed by Thomas and Patricia Kennedy for Tom’s Hollow Lane.
MOTION: On a motion by Sims McGrath, seconded by John Ostman, the Planning Board voted to approve the detailed Supplemental Decision for the denial of the Modification of the Definitive Subdivision for Thomas and Patricia Kennedy for Tom’s Hollow Lane.
VOTE: 5-0-0 The motion passed unanimously.
